There’s probably lots of ways to do it. But the way I make gifs from videos is:
- Cut the part I want to make it into a gif from the video
- Convert the video so that I can input to Animation Shop
- Input the convert video into Animation Shop to change it into gif file
- Input the gif file into ImageReady to edit it
- Then output it into a gif file
